RECCOMENDATIONS

To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Jacquelyn Cartagena. I was Jacquelyn’s Manager for two years and during that time I was able to connect with her on a professional and personal level. Jacquelyn is intelligent, motivated, hardworking, and considerate in all her accomplishments.

During the time that Jacquelyn was my employee, she was always very punctual. She arrived early to her shift, stayed past her shift, and always covered if I needed her too. She was the type of employee that I could always rely on. Jacquelyn was honest and I respected her opinion if she had any ideas for me to better the working environment.

Her outgoing personality made it easy for her to interact with customers and build the rapport needed for all of her clients. She was skilled at training new employees and exhibited the patience and qualities needed to handle situations where conflict could arise.

Jacquelyn is very organized and has great time-management skills. In addition to working as my employee, Jacquelyn was, and is currently is, a full time college student, volunteers at her local high school, and works a second job. Even with her busy schedule, she was able to find appropriate times to discuss her shift hours, time off, schedule switches, anything! The way she was able to maturely handle her busy schedule was very impressive.

Jacquelyn holds herself to the highest standards possible when she works and this is why I highly recommend her. Jacquelyn excelled in the workplace and I know she will excel in all of her future endeavors. Thank you for the opportunity to recommend Jacquelyn. I am honored to be able to write a letter of recommendation for such an outstanding employee. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any further questions.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern,

It is with much enthusiasm that I recommend Jacquelyn Cartagena. I was Jacquelyn’s coach for volleyball during her four years at Southern Regional High School, including Varsity her sophomore, junior, and senior year. On our team, Jacquelyn displayed a level of enthusiasm, wit, and passion that is quite special among the many high school athletes I have coached.

Her personal skills are truly phenomenal. Jacquelyn’s athletic abilities are complemented by her demonstrated leadership skills – she was our captain for two years, served as Treasurer of the Student Council and Editor of our high school yearbook. She is also very active in her church and in the community.

Please let me know if I can provide any more information to strengthen Jacquelyn’s prospective job opportunities.

She has a very special spark, and I trust she will go far in anything she sets her mind to.

Sincerely,

Cassandra Quinn
